With 14 years in education, I have served as a teacher, school counselor, and currently as an assistant principal in a high school. I am also a dedicated mother of four and have been married for 19 years. I have extensive experience working with youth from kindergarten to 12th grade and supporting families facing various challenges. I have assisted both adults and adolescents dealing with trauma, relationship issues, parenting struggles, anxiety, depression, and grief. Having faced personal challenges myself, I understand the complexities of balancing responsibilities and navigating life's ups and downs. This experience fuels my passion for helping others find resilience and strength. Life can feel overwhelming, but I am here to offer guidance.
